Billing and Shipping

  A 20% deposit down is required on your order and the remainder paid at delivery. VISA and MASTERCARD accepted. Financing is available at 20% down with 18%

 interest O.A.C
 

 We will deliver to your prepared site.  If truck must return with shipment additional transportation cost may be applied.

  Delivery is free for the first 25 miles from Bonners Ferry, Idaho. Additional charges  will be added at the rate of $1.75  per loaded mile thereafter.

 One half hour free setup is included with with each purchase. Any time over will be charged at the rate of $40 per man hour.

 Customer is responsible for access and site preparation,

as well as any required building permits.

 We also move buildings at an hourly rate of $45 beginning from the home of Knicely Built Barns
